Manchester council invite agents to suggest ways on improving rental sector policies

Lettings agents are being invited to tell Manchester city council how to improve its private rental sector strategy.

Manchester local authority is updating their private rented sector strategy and central to this the view from renters and landlords.

They are asking for input on what's working well, what isn't working and what should be improved. This information will be reflected in the new strategy.

A statement from the council says 'Privately rented homes have become one of the most popular types of housing in the city, so it's important that as it grows, standards are maintained and the sector retains the trust of Manchester people.'

Have your say by Friday 22 November.
